This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Take ownership of the product roadmap for one or more digital solutions aimed at pharmacies or patients, overseeing everything from discovery to launch and ongoing iterations.
• Collaborate closely with clients in pharmacy retail and pharmaceutical manufacturing to gain insights into workflows, data structures, and unmet needs.
• Convert pharmacy claims, dispensing, and adherence data into product specifications that are both technically robust and clinically pertinent.
• Work cross-functionally with technology and commercial teams to create digital applications and product experiences, including in-pharmacy tools, patient engagement applications, and digital resource centers.
• Establish success metrics and leverage data to prioritize features and assess product performance.
• Manage the equilibrium between client-specific customization and the development of scalable, reusable product architecture.
• Assist in go-to-market strategies, which include internal training and developing external-facing materials for partners.
• Stay updated on pharmacy industry trends, regulatory factors (such as HIPAA, TCPA, CTIA), and the competitive landscape.
• Collaborate with a team of product managers utilizing Agile methodologies.
• Contribute to the analysis and deep understanding of customer data, needs, and product portfolio to identify and assess opportunities, as well as refine product features and enhancements.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in product management, preferably within healthcare, pharmacy, or related technology sectors.
• Strong understanding of pharmacy data (claims, dispensing, adherence) with experience working alongside pharmacies as clients or partners.
• Proven experience in developing and launching digital applications or software products (mobile, web, or platform-based).
• Proficient in working with data to establish metrics, analyze trends, and make data-driven product decisions.
• Exceptional cross-functional collaboration abilities, capable of engaging with clinical, technical, creative, and commercial stakeholders.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including experience in presenting to both internal leadership and external clients.
• Knowledge of healthcare compliance issues (HIPAA, patient data privacy) is advantageous.
• Familiarity with AI or machine learning-driven product features and an enthusiasm for applying them to patient engagement scenarios.
