Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Establishing the product vision and strategy for your team.

• Working closely with our engineering teams deployed in the field and technical partners to gain a comprehensive understanding of the product experience.

• Recognizing and prioritizing product investments based on user requirements and business objectives.

• Collaborating with engineering and technical leadership to outline your team’s roadmap.

• Facilitating the execution of the team's tasks in close partnership with technical leaders.

• Representing your product to both internal and external stakeholders, including executives, technical partners, and customers.

• Clearly communicating customer value and the benefits of your team’s offerings while positioning it within a dynamic market landscape.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical discipline.

• Over 4 years of experience in a product management position within a highly technical setting, ideally with significant exposure to data products.

• A robust technical foundation, with the capability to understand technical concepts and gain trust from engineers.

• Proven experience in developing products at an enterprise scale.

• Exceptional communication skills and experience in stakeholder management, with a comfort level for presenting to various audiences across different seniority levels.

• The capability to thrive in uncertainty and to deliver high-quality product experiences within tight deadlines while aligning with our business goals.

• A proactive approach - you're willing to shift from drafting specifications or user stories to engaging with customers or discovering innovative ways to leverage AI tools to your advantage.
