This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist in the development and implementation of product strategy, ensuring it aligns with client objectives and goals. Continuously evaluate and adapt the strategy to meet changing business demands and technological advancements.
• Oversee the entire product lifecycle from conceptualization to launch, utilizing user research, stakeholder insights, and product usage analysis to guide direction.
• Take ownership of execution and delivery processes, which include product releases, requirement management, task writing for development, and overseeing both internal and public product launches.
• Create measurement strategies to assess product effectiveness and impact.
• Design and implement product experiments (A/B testing) to foster incremental growth and engagement.
• Work closely with product designers to identify and define new product opportunities, acting as a collaborative partner throughout the design phase.
• Collaborate effectively with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to prioritize product features based on desirability, viability, and feasibility.
• Promote product innovation by spotting new opportunities and advocating for the development of fresh experiences that enhance user engagement and achieve business results.
• Lead cross-functional teams within an agile framework, efficiently managing product backlogs, sprint planning, and iterative development cycles.
• Employ data-driven decision-making to assess product performance, pinpoint areas for enhancement, and guide future development priorities.
• Engage with key clients and stakeholders, cultivating strong relationships and effectively communicating product vision, progress, and impact.
• Perform competitive analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and ensure our clients’ products maintain their market leadership.
• Encourage a culture of continuous improvement, fostering innovation, efficiency, and collaboration within the product team and across Livefront.
• Cultivate an atmosphere of energy, collaboration, and curiosity that invigorates product teams and makes collaboration with Livefront enjoyable.
• A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in a consulting setting or as part of an in-house, cross-functional product team.
• Experience with consumer-facing native applications for iOS and/or Android, along with comprehensive knowledge of the features and capabilities of both platforms.
• Experience with high-profile consumer-facing web applications.
• Strong ability to integrate data and measurement into the product management process, influencing colleagues to adopt similar practices.
• Proficient in gathering and synthesizing both qualitative and quantitative data to reveal new insights about user behavior and business opportunities.
• Solid understanding of contemporary product management best practices and tools.
• Exceptional communication skills with a strong capability to persuasively present and defend strategic decisions.
• Above-average discipline and organizational skills.
• Experience in leveraging AI to enhance various facets of the product development process.
