Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Manage the weekly cadence that transforms engineering efforts into delivered products.

• Facilitate the team's ceremonies.

• Take charge of prioritizing the roadmap.

• Manage incoming requests: bugs, technical debt, customer service inquiries, and scope changes.

• Outline and clarify the scope of work.

• Oversee the incident resolution process.

• Ensure the product is well-monitored and instrumented.

• Safeguard engineering focus.

⛳️ Requirements

• You have experience in shipping products, possibly in one or two previous roles.

• You are comfortable collaborating with engineers and understanding engineering concepts.

• Your writing is clear and efficient.

• You possess critical thinking skills, especially with data.

• Experience in the healthcare sector is a plus, but not mandatory.
