Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the complete product backlog for the Risk & Compliance platform, converting business priorities and validated customer needs into well-defined epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria that facilitate efficient delivery by engineering and data science teams.

• Prioritize the product roadmap by balancing customer impact, commercial value, technical feasibility, and data dependencies across the platform's essential capabilities.

• Lead Agile delivery processes, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, release planning, and stakeholder communications, ensuring consistent, high-quality product delivery.

• Collaborate closely with business leaders, analysts, engineers, and data scientists to transform market intelligence and analytical insights into actionable product requirements, while providing delivery updates that influence roadmap priorities.

• Propel the continuous enhancement of enterprise-scale capabilities, including data pipeline reliability, API performance, bulk data delivery, alerting, notifications, and workflow optimization for institutional clients.

• Establish and track product success metrics, employing adoption, engagement, and customer feedback to assess value realization and guide future roadmap decisions.

• Advocate for best practices in product management, documentation, data quality, and delivery processes, promoting consistency and operational excellence across the product team.

• Work with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure that solutions are scalable, reliable, and aligned with both customer needs and strategic business goals.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a relevant field such as Technology, Data, Economics, Finance, Law, or a related discipline.

• 3 years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager delivering B2B data, analytics, or SaaS products in an Agile, cross-functional setting.

• Proven ability to translate business strategy and customer requirements into a prioritized product backlog, delivering high-quality products on schedule.

• Experience collaborating closely with engineering teams building data-intensive platforms, with a solid comprehension of data pipelines, APIs, message queues, and system dependencies.

• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the capability to collaborate effectively across commercial, engineering, analyst, and data science teams.

• Excellent data literacy, with the ability to interpret data, establish product success metrics, and leverage insights to drive roadmap decisions.

• Hands-on experience with Agile product management methodologies, including backlog management, user story creation, acceptance criteria, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and release coordination.

• Comfortable reviewing technical documentation, data schemas, and API specifications, and engaging in technical discussions regarding distributed systems, databases, and streaming architectures.

• Proficient with product and delivery tools such as Jira, Confluence, and roadmap or product analytics platforms.

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities, capable of translating complex technical concepts into clear business requirements and vice versa.

• A proactive mindset driven by ownership, with exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to delivering reliable, customer-centric products.

• Ability to prioritize effectively, balancing customer value, commercial objectives, technical constraints, and operational considerations.
