Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +18 more states.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for various product lines within the RCM portfolio, ensuring alignment with the company's objectives and customer requirements.

• Lead cross-functional teams (engineering, design, operations, sales, marketing, and support) to implement product plans from ideation through to launch and optimization.

• Perform market, competitor, and customer research to uncover trends, opportunities, and risks within the healthcare RCM arena.

• Establish and monitor key performance indicators to assess product success, usage, and financial performance.

• Develop comprehensive business cases and product requirement documents, prioritizing features based on business impact, user value, and technical feasibility.

• Oversee product lifecycle processes, which include product launches, end-of-life decisions, and continuous enhancements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Preferred Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.

• An MBA or relevant graduate degree is an advantage.

• 5+ years of product management experience, with a preference for at least 2 years in Revenue Cycle Management, healthcare IT, or healthtech sectors.

• Proven experience managing multiple product lines or complex product portfolios.

• Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional product development teams from concept through to delivery.

• Experience in agile product development environments.

• Strong understanding of the healthcare revenue cycle, including coding, billing, claims management, denials, and payment processing.
