Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Define and manage the product roadmap and prioritize tasks within your area, ensuring a balance between user needs, regulatory requirements, and business objectives.

• Create clear specifications, Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), and success metrics; facilitate sprint planning and grooming sessions with the engineering team.

• Collaborate closely with Legal and Compliance teams from the outset, as many Plume products operate at the intersection of blockchain and securities regulations.

• Work alongside Business Development to determine integration requirements for issuers, custodians, and institutional partners.

• Establish and monitor product KPIs (activation, Total Value Locked (TVL) growth, retention, transaction success rates); provide progress reports to leadership.

• Conduct competitive analyses across the tokenized Real World Asset (RWA) landscape (e.g., Ondo, Superstate, BUIDL, OpenEden, Midas, etc.) to guide positioning and roadmap decisions.

• Represent the user's perspective internally and serve as the final decision-maker on product tradeoffs within your domain.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 4 years of experience in product management, preferably with involvement in at least one 0→1 or 1→n product launch.

• Proven ability to convert ambiguous, cross-functional challenges into a deliverable roadmap.

• Strong technical fluency — comfortable engaging in architectural discussions with engineers, even without a Computer Science background.

• Exceptional written communication skills; capable of producing concise specifications and aligning stakeholders without the need for excessive meetings.

• Demonstrated analytical rigor: adept at defining metrics, interpreting dashboards, and making data-driven decisions.

• Preferred Experience

• Previous product management experience in crypto/DeFi, fintech, or other highly regulated sectors.

• Knowledge of tokenization, custody, smart contract architecture, or securities/compliance frameworks (e.g., Reg D, Reg S, FATCA/CRS, KYC/AML).

• Experience delivering products in collaboration with external enterprise or institutional partners, beyond just direct-to-consumer markets.

• Familiarity with Solidity/EVM concepts sufficient to evaluate technical tradeoffs with engineering teams.
