Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Systematic work on enhancing activation metrics;

• Generation, prioritization, validation, and analysis of product hypotheses related to activation logic;

• Analyzing A/B testing results in collaboration with the analytics team and identifying growth opportunities within the data;

• Cross-functional collaboration with Product Managers to create a cohesive user experience;

• Synchronizing processes with marketing and related teams;

• Conducting User Research and in-depth interviews to uncover new insights.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position;

• A/B testing: experience in the complete cycle of working with tests. Ability to conduct research and independently generate hypotheses;

• Product analytics: direct experience with data. Capability to break down flows into stages, calculate conversions, and understand key metrics for B2C products (Activation, Retention, MAU/DAU, Stickiness);

• Unit economics and monetization: understanding of subscription models (B2C Subscription). Knowledge of LTV calculation methods and cohort analysis specifics;

• Project Management: direct interaction experience with technical teams. Ability to write clear specifications, explain complex business logic understandably, manage deadlines, and find technical compromises;

• Prioritization and roadmapping: skills in using frameworks (at least ICE) for hypothesis prioritization. Ability to build a roadmap based on "bets" and clearly communicate the team's focus;

• User Research: experience in gathering insights about the audience.

• A plus: Understanding of how AI and LLMs work, and self-driven development in this area.
