Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• In your role as Product Manager, you will significantly influence our software, bringing structure, clarity, and a user-focused approach to product development.

• You will collaborate closely with the development team, support staff, and executive management.

• Your responsibilities include maintaining and prioritizing the product roadmap, ensuring it aligns with our strategic objectives.

• You will gather customer feedback and internal requirements, assess them, and convert them into clear tickets and specifications.

• You possess the capability to articulate product ideas effectively and present them visually.

• You will design mockups and user flows to make concepts more tangible.

• Acting as a liaison between engineering, support, and the business, you will ensure that all stakeholders remain aligned.

• You will conduct qualitative user interviews and analyze the insights gathered to ensure our developments closely meet customer needs.

• Product management experience: You have a background as a Product Manager or in a similar role.

• Technical understanding: You can quickly grasp complex technical issues and communicate effectively with developers.

• Design affinity: You have a keen eye for design and are proficient in utilizing common prototyping and design tools.

• Structured working style: You excel in organizing knowledge and requirements, with experience in modern documentation tools being expected.
