This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Take charge of problem identification and validation within your designated product area.

• Conduct customer interviews, stakeholder discussions, and market research to uncover potential opportunities.

• Formulate and validate product hypotheses through data analysis and user feedback.

• Play a key role in shaping product strategy and defining the roadmap.

• Establish success metrics and evaluate product outcomes after release.

• Manage and uphold the Commerce Engine product backlog.

• Convert roadmap initiatives into epics, features, and user stories with explicit acceptance criteria.

• Prioritize tasks across new features, enhancements, and technical projects.

• Lead sprint planning, backlog refinement, demonstrations, and release coordination.

• Ensure that solutions align with validated customer needs and business outcomes.

• Balance the delivery of features with platform stability and long-term sustainability.

• Collaborate with Engineering on effort estimation, trade-offs, and release planning.

• Work closely with Engineering, QA, DevOps, and UX to provide scalable, high-quality solutions.

• Serve as the voice of the customer in product-related decisions.

• Coordinate with Product Leadership on roadmap priorities and overarching strategic direction.

• Collaborate across teams to manage dependencies and integrated releases.

• Facilitate discovery sessions and solution validation discussions.

• Convert stakeholder needs into well-defined, execution-ready tasks.


⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field is strongly preferred.

• 5–8 years of experience as a Product Manager (or Product Owner with significant discovery responsibilities) in Agile SaaS settings.

• Experience within multi-team or scaled Agile delivery frameworks.

• Proven experience in delivering integration-heavy, API-driven platforms.

• Background in enterprise software or complex workflow systems.

• Experience supporting live production platforms with stringent reliability standards.

• Strong product insight with the capability to balance user needs, business objectives, and technical limitations.

• Experience in product discovery, including customer interviews, problem validation, and hypothesis testing.

• Excellent skills in prioritization and decision-making.

• Strong capabilities in backlog management and requirements definition.

• Clear communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments.

• Familiarity with Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar project management tools.

• Experience in ecommerce, retail technology, MarTech, or promotional systems is preferred.

• Knowledge of automation, workflow tools, or print/digital production systems is a plus.

• Experience in platform modernization or enterprise system migration initiatives is advantageous.

• Familiarity with AI-enhanced development environments and workflows is preferred.
