Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of activation, conversion, and retention metrics for the buyer funnel, including specific targets.

• Implement a fast-paced experimentation pipeline that encompasses hypothesis formulation, sizing, testing, analysis, and decisions on rollout or termination.

• Identify and eliminate friction in USP communication, awareness, activation, engagement, discovery, and onboarding processes.

• Transform funnel analysis into strategic roadmap initiatives and build evidence-based arguments for larger investments.

• Collaborate closely with marketing and commercial teams on demand generation strategies and offer mechanics.

• Weigh buyer incentives against seller economics and clearly articulate trade-offs.

• Deliver, assess, and communicate outcomes when initiatives fall short.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in product management, preferably within growth, marketplace, or e-commerce sectors.

• Proven experience orchestrating experiments, including test sizing and managing inconclusive results.

• Capability to formulate and assess hypotheses, even those that are ultimately proven incorrect.

• Proficiency in funnel analytics with the ability to extract and interpret data independently.

• Solid understanding of dynamics within two-sided marketplaces.

• Preference for shipping and measuring results rather than striving for perfection.

• Experience in growth initiatives that are closely tied to commercial operations.

• Ability to uphold a position with stakeholders when backed by data.

• Fluent in both Polish and English.

• Capacity to work remotely from within Poland.
