Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Finland.

📋 Description

• Engaging in discovery and definition within the product trio.

• Prioritizing the roadmap and making decisions on scope.

• Evaluating outcomes post-launch.

• Ensuring the team does not build too much simultaneously.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience with B2C products, deployed to actual users, with measurable outcomes.

• Background in a small or mid-sized company, as the ownership model differs from larger enterprises.

• Proven experience collaborating in product trios alongside design and engineering teams.

• Proficient at scoping tasks, frequently saying no, and breaking down work into significant increments.

• Capable of direct communication with users and acting on their feedback.

• Proficient in product analytics and experimentation methodologies.

• Regularly utilizes AI tools and understands their limitations.

• An engineering background or strong technical intuition is a plus.

• Experience in consumer products is advantageous.

• Possessing a design sensibility or experience as a PM/designer hybrid is a plus.

• Proficiency in German or French is a significant advantage, as Selma serves clients across Switzerland.
