Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Discovery: Collaborate with a diverse team to identify and validate business opportunities, taking into account user and market requirements while minimizing risks in product development. Aim to comprehend pain points and issues that need addressing in a clear and technical manner;

• Delivery: Serve as a catalyst for the team's value delivery, prioritizing the backlog and coordinating deliveries with the technology team; oversee releases to enhance the product;

• Data: Leverage data for informed decision-making and monitor metrics to assess delivered outcomes, maintaining a strong focus on results;

• Business: Keep an eye on the market and implement product changes strategically. Seek new business models and partnerships with a keen customer focus;

• Experimentation: Show interest in and openness to validation practices like MVPs and tests, promoting a culture of testing hypotheses prior to scaling solutions;

• Communication: Convey information clearly and objectively to various team profiles, simplifying complex scenarios when necessary;

• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with departments such as Sales, Marketing, Support, and Customer Success, offering visibility and opportunities for co-creation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 2 years of experience as an Associate Product Manager (APM) or Product Manager (PM), actively participating in the lifecycle of digital products;

• Strong experience with agile methodologies;

• Familiarity with OKRs and product metrics tracking, demonstrating a clear focus on delivering value and measurable results;

• Quick learner with a willingness to adapt across different contexts and product journeys;

• A profile that embodies both analytical and creative qualities, exhibiting proactivity with an emphasis on fostering a data-driven decision-making culture;

• Enthusiastic about achieving results and motivated to create products that have a direct impact on company and customer outcomes.
