• Oversee product initiatives from inception to launch with minimal supervision, taking full ownership of outcomes rather than just the roadmap.
• Establish the product vision and roadmap for your domain by analyzing market trends, customer demands, and business objectives, making adjustments as new information emerges.
• Develop an in-depth understanding of the Hypori platform, including its web applications and microservices, to confidently make trade-offs and facilitate engineering processes without unnecessary delays.
• Determine the key metrics for your area and leverage data to inform decisions about what to develop next, prioritizing the roadmap based on metrics like churn or adoption rather than merely on vocal requests.
• Conduct user research and competitive assessments, utilizing findings to make informed decisions rather than just compiling reports.
• Coordinate between Security, Engineering, Sales and Marketing, Customer Success, and Leadership to align on your roadmap, managing senior stakeholders amid competing priorities.
• Manage the entire product lifecycle for your area, including gathering requirements, prioritization, release planning, launch, and subsequent optimization.
• Balance desired features against engineering capabilities to establish realistic and well-structured timelines.
• Provide customers, sales, and support teams with necessary resources to comprehend and promote your creations, while also directly assisting sales during critical deals.
• A minimum of 5 years in Product Management, demonstrating a history of overseeing initiatives from start to finish and being responsible for outcomes.

• Ability to lead high-impact, ambiguous projects to successful completion without a predefined playbook.
• Proficiency in working with data: you can define metrics, interpret signals, and use insights to validate product decisions.
• Experience in developing always-on SaaS enterprise solutions.
• Proven ability to achieve results in a matrixed organization by collaborating closely with engineering teams without direct authority.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Bachelor's or master’s degree in business, Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Medical, dental, and vision insurance
• Parental leave
