• Take full ownership of the product engine from start to finish, encompassing roadmap development, prioritization, OKRs, and outcomes.

• Engage thoroughly with enterprise BFSI customers to grasp their workflows and compliance requirements.

• Convert customer workflows and constraints into essential products that they depend on every day.

• Lead a team of engineers and a designer to deliver and iterate rapidly without compromising quality.

• Operate in an AI-native environment and utilize AI tools as a standard practice to enhance productivity.

• Leverage data to define success metrics, monitor progress, and consistently elevate standards.

• Contribute to shaping Hupo’s product processes and organizational culture.

• Proficient in core LLM systems in practice, including prompting, retrieval, embeddings, evaluation, and fine-tuning.

• Experience using LLM systems to develop tangible products.

• Regularly employs AI tools and can provide examples of their application.

• Proven experience in independently managing a product engine.

• Thrives in uncertain situations and takes initiative without waiting for direction.

• Detail-oriented and inherently motivated to enhance skills and craftsmanship.

• Communicates effectively and succinctly both in writing and verbally.

• Capable of bridging communication between technical and non-technical teams.
