This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the product roadmap and backlog for the HRP WebUI, focusing on achieving feature parity, enhancing usability, and introducing new capabilities compared to the legacy desktop application.
• Establish comprehensive requirements, workflows, and acceptance criteria for web-based configuration and claims administration interfaces in collaboration with UX designers and engineering leads.
• Conduct discovery sessions with configuration analysts, claims administrators, and health plan operations users to comprehend legacy desktop workflows and convert them into streamlined, modern web experiences.
• Formulate and convey a clear migration strategy along with a sequencing plan to transition customers from the legacy desktop application to the WebUI with minimal disruption.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers on interaction design, navigation patterns, and accessibility standards to ensure the WebUI aligns with contemporary usability standards.
• Work closely with engineering teams during sprint planning, backlog refinement, and release cycles to guarantee timely and high-quality deliverables.
• Establish and monitor success metrics for WebUI adoption, performance, and user satisfaction, utilizing data to guide prioritization choices.
• Act as the subject matter expert on HRP WebUI features for sales, implementation, and customer success teams, providing support for customer and prospect discussions.
• Oversee stakeholder communication and manage expectations among customers, executives, and cross-functional teams related to the WebUI roadmap and release schedules.
• Assist in user acceptance testing, pilot initiatives, and phased rollouts to ensure the WebUI meets real-world claims administration requirements.
• A minimum of 5 years of product management experience, encompassing responsibility for roadmap, requirements, and delivery of enterprise software products.
• Proven experience in healthcare claims administration, core administrative processing systems (CAPS), or payer operations.
• A demonstrated capacity to convert complex, legacy desktop workflows into modern web-based user experiences.
• Strong analytical and prioritization abilities, with a track record of balancing diverse stakeholder needs across customers, sales, and engineering.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including experience in presenting roadmap and product decisions to executive and customer audiences.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, health administration, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
