Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of and oversee the product backlog, ensuring that tasks are clearly articulated, prioritized, and aligned with business objectives.

• Convert business requirements and stakeholder requests into well-structured requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

• Collaborate with engineering and design teams to ensure that requirements are clearly understood and delivered to a high standard.

• Facilitate sprint planning, backlog refinement, and daily delivery execution to keep the team on course.

• Identify and manage dependencies, risks, and changes to scope throughout the delivery lifecycle.

• Utilize data, user feedback, and insights from the team to continually enhance the product.

• Adopt an AI-focused approach in your daily tasks, employing tools like Claude to expedite documentation, research, and analysis.

• Establish and nurture strong relationships with client stakeholders, acting as a trusted partner in delivery.

• Clearly communicate progress, risks, and trade-offs to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Lead working sessions, requirement discussions, and decision-making forums with clients and delivery teams.

• Assume complete responsibility for product delivery from start to finish, ensuring consistency throughout.

• Frame requests in terms of user and business outcomes rather than merely focusing on features.

• Contribute to a positive, high-performing team culture through reliability, clarity, and sound judgment.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in product management or product ownership.

• Strong comprehension of agile delivery methodologies and product ownership duties.

• Familiarity with AI/LLM tools and orchestration platforms.

• Experience in crafting requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for cross-functional delivery teams.

• Direct experience working with clients or external stakeholders.

• Excellent communication skills suitable for technical and non-technical audiences.

• A data-driven, analytical approach to decision-making informed by user insights.

• Proficiency in product and delivery tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Miro.

• Proven experience utilizing AI tools to boost productivity and support product work (e.g., Claude).

• Experience in a consulting or agency environment is advantageous.
