This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

• Establishing the product vision and strategic roadmap informed by customer requirements, SEO trends, and competitive assessments.

• Collaborating with engineering, design, and marketing teams to implement features that enhance user adoption and retention.

• Leading cross-functional planning initiatives to ensure timely delivery and alignment among stakeholders.

• Partnering with support and growth teams to guarantee product-market fit and measurable results.

• Conducting user research, collecting feedback, and analyzing usage data to guide product decisions.

• Spearheading customer onboarding and enhancing the experience during our SaaS transition.

• Deploying product analytics tools to monitor engagement, retention, and feature adoption.

• Collaborating closely with customer support and success teams to pinpoint pain points and continuously elevate user satisfaction.

• Staying updated on advancements in SEO practices, search engine algorithms, and the WordPress ecosystem.

• Developing clear and concise product requirement documents (PRDs) that align with business objectives.

• Promoting a culture of experimentation and continuous learning through A/B testing and feedback mechanisms.

• Over 5 years of experience in product management, preferably with WordPress or SEO-focused products.

• Demonstrated success in managing technical products from inception to launch.

• Solid knowledge of SEO principles and user needs within the WordPress community.

• Experience with SaaS products, particularly in the WordPress or marketing tools domain.

• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Familiarity with tools such as HubSpot, Jira, Figma, and product analytics platforms is advantageous.
