Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Core Platform domain.

• Collaborate with engineering teams to define, prioritize, and deliver platform capabilities that benefit various product areas.

• Convert business and technical requirements into clear product initiatives and actionable development plans.

• Work alongside Product Managers, Engineering Managers, Architects, and IT stakeholders to ensure platform development aligns with company goals.

• Rank initiatives according to customer value, business impact, technical dependencies, and platform health.

• Promote cross-functional collaboration and facilitate communication between both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Track platform performance, scalability, and reliability, identifying opportunities for ongoing improvement.

• Aid in delivering high-quality backend solutions by closely collaborating with engineering and QA teams.

• Make data-driven product decisions and assess the impact of delivered initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Product Management, ideally within a SaaS context.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, capable of conveying technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Proven experience in close collaboration with backend engineering teams.

• Strong understanding of backend technologies, APIs, databases, and system architecture.

• Experience with product planning, prioritization, and project management methodologies.

• Proficient in Polish (working with Polish-speaking engineering teams).

• English proficiency at B2/C1 level (minimum B2).
