Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.

📋 Description

• Transform the strategic vision and directives from the CEO into comprehensive, detailed product requirements and user stories.

• Create tickets, PRDs, demos, and various other documentation to guide the engineering and design teams.

• Perform research on industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.

• Work collaboratively with engineering, design, sales, and business teams to facilitate seamless execution.

• Manage and enhance the product backlog to ensure it aligns with the company’s priorities.

• Support the development of mockups and product flows to clarify requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Outstanding English communication skills, both written and verbal (C1 level minimum).

• A positive and enthusiastic attitude, with a strong desire to collaborate and tackle challenges.

• 1–3 years of experience in product management, product operations, or a similar field.

• Background in the advertising, publishing, or AI/ML sectors.

• Excellent writing and organizational abilities; capable of producing clear tickets and PRDs.

• Proven track record of quickly grasping complex industries and technical platforms.

• A proactive individual who thrives in environments with ambiguity and changing priorities.

• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
