Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

📋 Description

• Lead essential Focal initiatives, actively shaping the strategic product roadmap.

• Collaborate closely with design, engineering, and customer success teams to realize the product vision.

• Partner with some of the largest retailers globally to integrate our technology into their operational workflows.

• Ensure that features and bugs are documented and prioritized effectively.

• Maintain and update the roadmap, progress trackers, and documentation systematically.

• Plan, monitor, and analyze key performance metrics for our models and infrastructure.

• Actively pursue a comprehensive understanding of product issues and improvement areas through regular client interviews and visits.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of professional experience, with at least 2 years in a product management role focused on a B2B data-intensive SaaS application.

• A technical degree (e.g., EE, CS, Math, Stats) is advantageous.

• In-depth understanding of software development processes.

• Proficient in SQL and data science, with a data-driven mindset.

• Demonstrated capability to plan and manage a long-term product roadmap, lead product initiatives, and engage in rapid iteration and ongoing customer discovery with measurable outcomes.

• Recent experience in a startup environment; commitment to our values and mission; a strong team player.

• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills across both technical and non-technical teams.

• Openness to travel as needed.

• Proficiency in English is required.
