Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with customers and internal teams to gain insights into business requirements and operational processes.

• Convert requirements into precise specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, and product documentation.

• Work closely with Engineering, QA, Design, Customer Success, and Leadership teams.

• Assist in prioritizing product initiatives based on customer value, business impact, and technical viability.

• Support features from the initial discovery phase through to delivery and release.

• Assess solutions through feedback, testing, and ongoing improvement efforts.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Product Manager, Product Owner, or a similar position in a software company.

• Solid understanding of SaaS products and contemporary software development methodologies.

• Capability to analyze intricate workflows and distill them into straightforward, actionable product requirements.

• Exceptional communication skills for engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Methodical thinking, meticulous attention to detail, and a strong sense of ownership.

• Comfort in an international, remote-first work environment.

• Preferred: Experience in aviation or operational software.

• Background in B2B SaaS is a plus.

• Familiarity with APIs, integrations, reporting, or data-intensive products.
