This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Spearhead the strategy, development, and lifecycle management of one or more EPS Learning product lines.
• Convert market demands and instructional objectives into a product vision, actionable roadmaps, and literacy solutions for K–12 educators and students.
• Collaborate with editorial and engineering teams to establish requirements, prioritize tasks, and oversee product execution.
• Manage pricing, positioning, and comprehensive product strategy.
• Work cross-functionally with product development, marketing, sales, customer success, and professional learning teams.
• Guide products through the entire product lifecycle.
• Take ownership of the PK–12 core and supplemental markets, monitoring customer needs, competitors, market changes, trends, and funding sources.
• Leverage qualitative and quantitative data to shape product direction and decisions.
• Collect insights from buyers and users through interviews, surveys, customer visits, and product analysis tools.
• Articulate product vision and strategy to both internal and external cross-functional stakeholders.
• Document and prioritize product specifications.
• Assist in product launch training and provide ongoing support to sales and marketing teams.
• Develop and uphold product management protocols to ensure efficient project completion while adhering to budget and timeline constraints.
• Act as an advocate for the product portfolio, both internally and externally.
• Propel top-line growth and enhance bottom-line performance.
• 7 to 10 years of experience in product management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Marketing, or a related business field.
• Previous experience as a classroom educator, administrator, or in a related education industry role.
• Proven track record in developing and introducing K–12 solutions that align with curriculum standards, instructional goals, and accountability requirements.
• In-depth understanding of K–12 literacy, assessment, and supplemental curriculum markets, pedagogy, and national standards.
• Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
• Capability to convey complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Demonstrated success in delivering products that fulfill customer needs and foster business growth.
• Familiarity with iterative/agile product development methodologies.
• Ability to work collaboratively across Eastern and Central time zones.
• Resume attachment is mandatory.
• Master’s degree is preferred.
