This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Exhibit a thorough understanding of RCM terminology, industry benchmarks, business processes, and the flow of information within Ensembles applications.

• Analyze, comprehend, and document the business requirements effectively.

• Develop process flows representing both current and future states.

• Decompose business needs into features and stories, supported by diagrams and comprehensive documentation.

• Present feature requirements to the Product Manager and Manager/Co-manager for collaborative review.

• Understand and articulate the rationale behind existing prioritization of requirements.

• Manage and curate a forward-looking product backlog.

• Prioritize backlog items in response to evolving requirements.

• Strategically align non-functional aspects (such as security and performance) and reporting needs with functional features to ensure comprehensive development.

• Collaborate across various verticals—operations, engineering, product, analytics, and implementation—to gather feature-related feedback and address dependencies.

• Liaise with offshore engineering teams to clarify business requirements during their working hours, present requirements during sprint planning, remove obstacles for the engineering teams, and act as a proxy Product Manager.

• Collaborate with teams to generate high-level estimates, define timelines, and appropriately add features to the product roadmap.

• Oversee all phases of product development, including design and development, to identify potential risks.

• Monitor and assess product development to mitigate any identified risks.

• Work in conjunction with engineering, product, and data teams to deliver timely updates.

• Engage in grooming sessions, scrum meetings, and product sprints.

• Conduct feature acceptance testing.

• Showcase deliverables to stakeholders.


⛳️ Requirements

• 8-11 years of experience in Product Management.

• Familiarity with Healthcare - RCM (Revenue Cycle Management) or Insurance is highly advantageous.

• Understanding of product development architecture.

• Experience in an Agile environment utilizing scrum methodologies.

• Strong collaborative skills to partner with other teams for problem-solving, incorporating feedback, and ensuring smooth delivery.

• Proficient in business analysis, documentation, and presentation capabilities.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

• Quick learner with the ability to take the lead effectively.

• Experience with multitenant enterprise cloud applications, .Net, and SQL is a plus.

• Familiarity with Azure ADO, AHA, draw.io, and Visio is advantageous.
