Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You will oversee the complete product development process (NPD), taking operational responsibility from the initial idea and conceptualization all the way to a successful market launch.

• Continuous evaluation and enhancement of our existing product portfolio: You will assess optimization opportunities, implement quality improvements, and manage the ongoing development of our offerings.

• Market and trend analysis: You will analyze market trends, competitor data, and targeted customer feedback to identify new product trends and develop innovative, future-proof products.

• Performance and business impact: You will monitor important product KPIs (such as sales volume, revenue, and margins) and formulate data-driven recommendations for action regarding the current and future product portfolio.

• Cross-functional and supplier management: You will ensure close cooperation with internal teams (Purchasing/Ops, Brand/Marketing, Sales) and external partners, including producers, suppliers, and fragrance houses.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience: You should possess substantial professional experience in Product Management/New Product Development (NPD), preferably within a DTC brand, the FMCG sector, or the beauty industry.

• Trend awareness and customer focus: A passion for beauty trends, a strong understanding of consumer needs, and a commitment to enhancing existing products are essential.

• Analytical skills: You should be comfortable handling market and sales figures (KPIs, revenue, and sales data) and be capable of deriving actionable strategies from them.

• Interface and partner experience: Proven experience in coordinating external partners (such as suppliers, fragrance houses, and manufacturers) along with internal stakeholders is required.

• Process and project management skills: A structured, independent working style combined with a proactive, hands-on mentality is necessary.

• Language proficiency: Excellent German and English language skills, both written and spoken, are required.
