This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• In the role of Product Manager, you will be tasked with implementing Docuvera’s product strategy, collaborating closely with functional leaders in Engineering, Sales, and Services to thoroughly address customer challenges.
• Collect insights from customer engagements, internal collaborators, competitive analysis, and market research to guide product choices.
• Work alongside Product Management colleagues to help establish and enhance the user experience for Docuvera services.
• Aid in defining business and functional requirements for product improvements, such as drafting user stories or use cases.
• Decompose larger product concepts into well-structured, incremental features that can be delivered in iterations.
• Develop and maintain product documentation, specifications, and planning materials as necessary.
• Collaborate with engineers to review and confirm user experience designs, including participating in usability assessments.
• Share product updates and feature specifics internally and, when suitable, with customers and other external stakeholders.
• 2–4 years of experience in Product Management, Associate Product Management, Business Analysis, or a similar role.
• Background in working with SaaS or enterprise software products, preferably in a customer-facing or cross-functional setting.
• Experience and enthusiasm for utilizing AI and automation in your responsibilities.
• Practical experience in gathering requirements through customer feedback, stakeholder engagement, competitive analysis, or market assessment.
• Familiarity with agile or iterative software development practices and collaboration with engineering teams in a sprint-oriented environment.
• An understanding of customer-focused product development and the capability to convert user needs into clear product requirements (e.g., user stories, use cases).
• Exposure to areas such as workflow, search, collaboration, content management, data migration, or related enterprise services is advantageous.
• Interest or experience in Life Sciences sectors (pharmaceuticals, biotech, or medical devices) is preferred but not mandatory.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the capacity to work collaboratively across Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success teams.
• A cooperative, team-oriented approach and comfort in working with distributed or remote teams.
• Curiosity, adaptability, and a readiness to acquire new skills, tools, and perspectives in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a creative mindset and focus on practical, customer-oriented solutions.
• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent education and/or experience is preferred but not required.
