Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the Your Private Chef roadmap, focusing on subscriber personalization, wellness menu verticals, and menu recommendation logic.

• Manage the chef and recipe pipeline, encompassing chef onboarding, recipe intake, tagging, and quality assurance.

• Collaborate with kitchen and vendor partners on ingredient sourcing, cost management, and kitchen tools.

• Oversee standard, premium, and extra-premium pricing tiers along with unit economics.

• Assist the B2B product team with Smart Fridges, partnerships, and integrations, serving as a generalist when necessary.

• Provide structure to an early-stage product as it grows into new markets.

• Create a clear backlog, minimize manual workarounds, and enhance retention and customer satisfaction (CSAT).

• Expand the chef and recipe pipeline while maintaining quality and personalization.

• Ensure transparency and defensibility in pricing and vendor economics.

• Clarify to teams what is being built, the reasons behind it, and how success will be evaluated.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in a Product Manager role.

• Proficient in managing a product from strategy through to execution.

• Excellent communicator who collaborates effectively across stakeholders, engineering, design, operations, and customer experience.

• Business-oriented with an emphasis on retention, margin, and outcomes.

• A strong passion for wellness, nutrition, or the food-as-medicine sector is a significant advantage.

• Experience with subscription models, personalization, or recommendation-driven products is highly desirable.

• Familiarity with marketplace/vendor management or culinary/hospitality products is a distinct plus.

• Proven track record of scaling a product from pilot to multi-market deployment is a strong benefit.

• Experience in a startup or high-growth environment is highly valued.
