Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.

📋 Description

• Ensure a thoughtfully designed and functional product.

• Transform concepts into designs for development.

• Oversee the design process from initial concept through to execution, converting customer requirements into engaging and intuitive interfaces.

• Utilize the ShadCN design library to assemble design elements effectively.

• Collaborate with the Product Manager and/or Creative Director to perform research, design, and prototype innovative user experiences.

• Create user cases, scenarios, wireframes, prototypes, and mockups for screens and user flows.

• Generate visual assets and document design guidelines for implementation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in UX/UI design, product design, or a related discipline.

• A strategic mindset toward design—considering usability, accessibility, and business impact in addition to aesthetics.

• Expertise in Figma.

• Background in user research, journey mapping, and making data-driven design decisions.

• Strong visual design capabilities, including knowledge of typography, color theory, and layout principles.

• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.

• Proficient copywriting skills in English.

• A commitment to dedication, enthusiasm, and a good sense of humor.
