Product Manager

📋 Description

• Identify and prioritize projects that enhance the strength and resilience of our payroll infrastructure as we grow.

• Drive product execution with a confident, decisive approach, pushing the limits of payroll solutions while swiftly addressing customer challenges.

• Collaborate with cross-functional experts from our business, engineering, and payroll operations teams to ensure alignment on strategic objectives.

• Interact directly with Check’s partners—software companies across various industries—to comprehend their daily challenges and uncover opportunities for enhancing their payroll businesses.

• Create a detailed roadmap in collaboration with engineering and operations, outlining actionable strategies to develop the infrastructure our partners require for scaling.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 6 years of product management experience in technology firms catering to enterprise clients.

• Background in complex domains with detailed regulatory and operational demands; knowledge of payroll and tax is advantageous.

• Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional product initiatives that result in significant business impact.

• Ability to excel in high-ambiguity settings, showcasing adaptability and problem-solving capabilities.

• Strong commitment to customer needs with a focus on delivering high-quality results.

• Proficient in collaborating with diverse stakeholders to foster alignment and achieve positive outcomes.

• Willingness to participate in our annual 3-day company offsite event in the fall.
