Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Switzerland.

📋 Description

• Shape product trajectory: Collaborate with the Head of Product to define features and workstreams, translating protocol-level strategies into actionable product decisions.

• Drive planning and execution: Coordinate with engineering on prioritization, scoping, and implementation. Communicate effectively with the team to facilitate progress.

• Validate with data insights: Base product decisions on on-chain data, user research, and competitive analysis, identifying successes and areas for improvement.

• Quality assurance prior to launch: Identify gaps early, comprehend the technical landscape, and ensure that the final product works effectively for users.

• Utilize AI tools: Employ AI tools to accelerate the processes of specification writing, research, and documentation.

• Investigate and summarize: Explore technical and competitive inquiries, highlighting what is most relevant to the team.

• Take ownership of features from start to finish: As you become acclimated, assume complete responsibility for workstreams from problem definition to product launch.

⛳️ Requirements

• Technical expertise: You have professional coding experience or have engaged in it as a significant side endeavor. You can read smart contracts, review pull requests, and participate in architecture discussions.

• Experience in DeFi: Practical experience with DeFi protocols. You are knowledgeable about wallet flows, gas dynamics, signing user experience, and the challenges users encounter.

• Strong product intuition: You can sense when something is amiss, advocate for clarity, and pay attention to the details that enhance the product experience.

• Effective written communication: You are capable of drafting specifications, tickets, or Slack messages that require no further clarification.

• Ready for asynchronous work: Comfortable with remote work and managing your own time effectively.

• Additional qualifications are a plus:

• Experience in building or contributing to DeFi protocols, decentralized applications (dApps), or on-chain infrastructure.

• Familiarity with on-chain data tools such as indexers, subgraphs, and GraphQL.

• Interest or background in finance, including fund structures, net asset value (NAV), subscription/redemption mechanics, custody, and compliance.

• Experience with real-world asset protocols, tokenization platforms, or structured credit products.
