Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Establish the product strategy and develop the roadmap.

• Create Market Requirement Documents (MRDs) and Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) that prioritize features along with their justifications.

• Collaborate with external partners to evaluate potential partnerships and licensing opportunities.

• Conduct beta and pilot programs utilizing early-stage products and samples.

• Maintain expertise regarding competitive products.

• Serve as a leader within the organization.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in a Product Manager role.

• Proven track record of defining and successfully launching outstanding products.

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

• Bachelor’s degree is required (MBA is preferred).

• Bonus points for candidates with a technical background.

• Exceptional teamwork capabilities.

• Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.

• Provide examples and at least one sample of an effective document produced in the past.
