Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist in executing the product vision and strategy alongside senior product leaders.

• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to collect feedback and insights.

• Conduct market and competitive analysis to comprehend customer needs and guide product decisions.

• Identify and prioritize product features based on user feedback, research, and business requirements.

• Assess the potential impacts of new features on product and business metrics.

• Create and maintain product documentation, including user stories, acceptance criteria, and feature specifications.

• Work closely with engineering and design teams to ensure timely and high-quality feature delivery.

• Partner with research, marketing, sales, and client-facing teams for product development and launches.

• Aid in go-to-market strategies for new feature rollouts.

• Monitor product performance and collect user feedback to identify areas for improvement.

• Stay updated on industry trends and user needs to inform product enhancements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of product management experience, or equivalent experience in research operations, product operations, project management, or UX research.

• Some experience or a strong interest in quantitative and/or qualitative market research.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in market research, business, technology, or a related field.

• Previous experience in B2B SaaS technology.

• Familiarity with Generative AI and prompt engineering skills.

• Capability to contribute to product development and work effectively in cross-functional teams.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Analytical and problem-solving mindset with a keen attention to detail.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Understanding of agile development methodologies.

• Willingness to learn, collaborate, and grow.

• Remote work experience is preferred but not mandatory.
