This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Take full ownership of specified product areas from discovery and requirements to delivery, launch, and user adoption.
• Utilize AI-driven tools on a daily basis to create requirements, prototype ideas, investigate edge cases, and expedite the transition from customer challenges to validated solutions.
• Gain a comprehensive understanding of customer needs through direct interactions, collaboration with Customer Success and Support teams, and continual analysis of usage data.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to grasp prospect requirements and convert market insights into product possibilities.
• Compose clear and logical product requirements and user stories in conjunction with Engineering and UX teams.
• Create and uphold roadmaps for your product area, effectively communicating priorities and trade-offs to stakeholders.
• Oversee go-to-market preparations for your features, including the development of enablement materials, release documentation, and cross-functional coordination.
• Monitor adoption and performance metrics following launch and utilize findings to inform subsequent iterations.
• Engage in customer calls, industry events, and prospect discussions as a representative of the product.
• 2–4 years of experience in product management, preferably within a SaaS environment.
• Proven capability to independently manage a product area — identifying issues, driving decisions, and ensuring tasks lead to measurable results.
• Strong proficiency with AI-driven tools and a genuine passion for working in an AI-advanced environment.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; capable of aligning cross-functional teams around a clear problem and strategy.
• Analytical mindset — comfortable working with data, metrics, and leveraging evidence to guide decision-making.
• Strong collaboration skills with Engineering, Design, and go-to-market teams.
• Highly organized, able to manage multiple initiatives concurrently.
• Willingness to travel up to 15% as necessary.
• Proficient with product and development tools such as Jira or similar platforms.
• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field or equivalent professional experience.
