Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Work in collaboration with leadership, customers, and partners to enhance the product vision and strategy for a multi-tenant SaaS platform.

• Facilitate discovery sessions to confirm customer requirements, identify market opportunities, and outline program specifications.

• Convert high-level business objectives into actionable roadmaps that demonstrate measurable impact.

• Oversee the complete software development lifecycle in conjunction with engineers, designers, and QA teams.

• Deconstruct intricate workflows into clear, prioritized backlogs.

• Employ agile methodologies, including scrum and kanban, to manage sprints, stand-ups, retrospectives, and demonstrations.

• Act as the main point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders.

• Articulate priorities, trade-offs, and timelines while balancing customer, technical, and compliance requirements.

• Create product briefs, release notes, and training documentation.

• Assess feature performance and user behavior to guide iterations and optimization processes.

• Integrate insights from analytics and monitoring tools such as Datadog, Segment, and QuickSight.

• Keep track of SaaS, benefits technology, and regulatory trends to drive innovation.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in product management for SaaS platforms or B2B/B2C applications.

• Experience in building or managing products that are powered by or integrated with AI.

• A proven history of delivering complex products, preferably in multi-tenant, API-driven, or compliance-sensitive settings.

• Experienced in delivering AI/GenAI features from inception to completion, including products that utilize LLMs, document processing, intelligent automation, or conversational interfaces.

• A working understanding of LLM capabilities and associated trade-offs (accuracy, latency, cost, reliability).

• Experience in defining requirements, evaluation metrics, and iteration strategies for AI-driven features.

• Proven collaboration experience with engineering and data teams to integrate model APIs and AI services into production systems.

• Strong teamwork skills with engineering, design, and operations teams.

• Familiarity with agile/lean product development methodologies.

• Knowledge of cloud-native architectures (AWS), APIs, data integrations (HRIS, payroll, third-party APIs), and automation workflows.
