This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.
• Create quotes, structure agreements, and draft/implement contracts.
• Oversee contract terms, amendments, renewals, and terminations.
• Ensure that contractual obligations are accurately transmitted into downstream billing and revenue systems.
• Facilitate deal acceleration, compliance, and the transformation of commercial intent into operational execution.
• 5+ years of experience in Contract Management, CPQ/CLM, Deal Desk, or Revenue Operations within SaaS, technology, or marketplace environments.
• Comprehensive understanding of the contract lifecycle: quoting, pricing, deal structuring, approvals, execution, amendments, renewals, and terminations.
• Proficient in using CPQ/CLM tools such as Salesforce CPQ, Zuora CPQ, Conga, Icertis, DocuSign CLM, Agiloft, or Ironclad.
• Familiarity with intricate pricing models: volume-based, tiered, bundled, ramp, custom, and multi-year contracts.
• Experience in handling approval workflows, deal desk governance, and delegation protocols.
• Knowledge of downstream billing, entitlements, and revenue recognition processes.
• Ability to collaborate across functions with Sales, Legal, Finance, and Operations teams.
• Familiarity with e-signature platforms and their integration into contract workflows.
• This position is fully remote.
• Proficiency in English is required.
• Strong skills in analysis, process mapping, and documentation.
• Experience in validating contracts, pricing, and order data for troubleshooting and reporting purposes.
