Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Collaborating with cross-departmental teams to establish product objectives, requirements, and roadmaps that are in line with the organization's goals.

• Developing Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), outlining features with clear acceptance criteria, and producing additional critical product documentation.

• Interacting with customers and internal stakeholders to effectively understand use cases, challenges, and desired outcomes.

• Improving usability experiences across metrics, dashboards, APIs, alerts, and analytics while maintaining functionality and quality.

• Streamlining the product portfolio by consolidating, rationalizing, and implementing EOL initiatives in partnership with engineering and business stakeholders.

• Evaluating customer feedback, product usage, and market trends to pinpoint opportunities, prioritize investments, establish success metrics, and assess customer impact.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess extensive experience in Product Management with technical knowledge to effectively collaborate on system design, APIs, data flows, and trade-offs.

• Experience with observability, monitoring, analytics, infrastructure, or data products, with a solid understanding of telemetry, monitoring, alerting, and troubleshooting concepts.

• Ability to write PRDs and convert customer needs into actionable requirements, comprehending use cases to effectively develop scalable product solutions.

• Exhibit outstanding analytical skills, strong communication abilities, and proficiency in managing stakeholder relationships.

• Work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to achieve common goals.
