Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Czechia.

📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with clients to develop and design a comprehensive digital strategy, then lead our teams in executing it.

• Serve as the cross-functional product lead, coordinating distributed product team members from our delivery centers located in the US, LATAM, India, Canada, and Romania.

• Partner with engineering leads to oversee the overall progress of projects and resource allocation, initiating corrective actions when necessary.

• Guide the team to systematically implement a short-term plan by prioritizing and scheduling the content and timeline for releases.

• Establish the product vision, mission, goals, values, and customer segments, positioning yourself as the primary expert for the product.

• Effectively navigate prioritization trade-offs within the scope of product goals.

• Communicate strategies, priorities, and status updates to clients, team members, and internal management as needed.

• Assess and enhance business and customer value delivered, develop KPIs, continuously monitor progress, and report on milestones and deliverables.

• Maintain a strong awareness of industry issues and trends, particularly concerning accessibility, usability, and emerging technologies, to integrate these into future projects and maintain a competitive edge in the market.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer-facing Product Management role.

• A minimum of 4 years of consulting experience.

• Proficiency in working with complex digital products, business logic, processes, and a diverse range of clients.

• Experience in organizational leadership, with a proven ability to work with and influence teams and executive leaders.

• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive “roll up your sleeves” attitude.

• An entrepreneurial mindset with the capability to grasp the broader context while managing details.

• Experience collaborating with global teams is essential.

• Highly culturally aware.

• Well-versed in User Research; advocating for users' needs throughout the customer experience and facilitating workshops.

• A relationship builder who is empathetic and collaborative, able to engage senior-level stakeholders to drive decision-making.

• Practical knowledge and experience in Agile practices and Lean methodologies to create top-tier products.
