Product Manager – ArrowSphere Cloud, AI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Define and lead the ArrowSphere Cloud product roadmap in alignment with strategic objectives.

• Collect, prioritize, and convert user requirements into actionable product specifications.

• Collaborate closely with engineering, DevOps, and UX teams to implement high-value features.

• Track product performance using KPIs, adoption rates, and usage metrics while continuously optimizing.

• Ensure the prompt and quality delivery of product initiatives.

• Contribute to the advancement of cloud distribution models.

• Integrate and advocate for AI / GenAI functionalities within the platform.

• Identify avenues to improve business processes through AI initiatives.

• Facilitate the adoption of AI-driven solutions throughout the distribution value chain.

• Work in partnership with sales, marketing, finance, operations, and support teams.

• Engage with cloud vendors and strategic collaborators.

• Ensure alignment among stakeholders and facilitate effective communication.

• Assist with RFPs and help position ArrowSphere in key strategic opportunities.

• Support go-to-market strategies for new features and offerings.

• Create and maintain presentations, demonstrations, and documentation.

• Collaborate with marketing teams on campaigns, events, and content creation.

• Communicate product launches both internally and externally.

• Provide training to internal sales, support, and business development teams.

• Empower partners and customers to effectively utilize the platform.

• Develop training materials and educational resources.

• Lead change management and the adoption of new tools and processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 10 years of experience as a Product Manager.

• Significant experience in cloud distribution within a vendor, distributor, or partner ecosystem.

• A strong interest in and understanding of Artificial Intelligence / GenAI topics.

• A solid grasp of cloud platforms, APIs, and digital ecosystems.

• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Comfortable operating in an international setting.

• Fluency in English is essential.

• Proficiency in French at a minimum B2 level.

• Product management expertise encompassing roadmap development, discovery, and delivery.

• Knowledge of cloud ecosystems and distribution models.

• Functional knowledge of AI / GenAI concepts.

• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Teams, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Experience with Figma, Balsamiq, Adobe XD, or similar UX/design tools.
