This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.
• Conduct attribution analysis, user segmentation, and funnel diagnostics using behavioral logs; provide actionable strategic recommendations.
• Support experiment design, formulate SQL queries for data extraction, perform significance testing, and generate A/B test reports.
• Contribute to Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) related to frequency capping, ranking, and content strategy.
• Collaborate with algorithm teams on parameter optimization and effect validation.
• Organize and refine content/label taxonomies to connect signals to recommendation systems.
• Proficient in SQL, capable of independently extracting and analyzing data from data warehouses.
• Strong understanding of fundamental statistics (hypothesis testing, confidence intervals, A/B testing).
• Familiarity with Python (pandas) or comparable data analysis tools.
• Knowledge of basic concepts related to recommender systems (CTR/CVR, explore-exploit).
• Structured thinking and effective writing skills.
• Previous experience in recommendation systems, growth, or user operations projects (Nice-to-Haves).
• Practical experience with A/B testing (Nice-to-Haves).
• Basic understanding of Web3/crypto concepts (Nice-to-Haves).
• Experience with machine learning projects (Nice-to-Haves).
