Product Manager, AI Solutions

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Malaysia.

📋 Description

• Define product roadmaps and user narratives, ensuring feature prioritization for optimal experiences and market validation.

• Collaborate with engineering, design, and product managers in agile sprints to prototype, test, and implement capabilities.

• Create screencasts and product videos demonstrating new features to highlight functionality and encourage user adoption.

• Manage aspects of product marketing, including messaging, demonstrations, and materials that effectively communicate product value.

• Gather user feedback, conduct market research, and analyze metrics to enhance backlogs and improve user retention.

• Develop onboarding guides, training materials, and playbooks for product usage, operations, and recruitment processes.

• Observe customer interactions, synthesize insights, and coordinate with C-level executives on priorities and dashboards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in startup or consulting environments focused on product or operations.

• Knowledge of 0→1 product launches.

• Demonstrated success in creating playbooks for onboarding, recruitment, or growth systems.

• Preferred: skills, experience, or interest in UI/UX, AI, or software engineering.
