This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Product Leadership: Act as the central point for the development team, guiding discussions and decisions regarding the team's objectives.
• Requirements Gathering: Collaborate closely with stakeholders to grasp integration needs and requirements, ensuring that the product vision is in line with customer expectations.
• Roadmap Development: Develop and uphold a product roadmap that accurately reflects priorities and the strategic goals of the project.
• User Story Definition: Create and prioritize user stories along with acceptance criteria, ensuring the development team has a clear understanding of deliverables.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Promote cooperation between development, design, QA, and operations teams to guarantee the delivery of high-quality solutions.
• Stakeholder Management: Keep ongoing communication with stakeholders to ensure that project progress aligns with business expectations and requirements.
• Product Experience: Background in product management, ideally within system integration or API contexts.
• Effective Communication: Proficiency in English is essential, with the capability to communicate product needs clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Agile Methodologies: Experience in agile environments and knowledge of practices such as Scrum or Kanban.
• Project Management Tools Experience: Proficient with tools such as JIRA, Azure, and Trello.
• Experience with AI Technologies: Ability to utilize AI to enhance team processes and boost productivity.
• Familiarity with data design principles and data mapping: Capable of analyzing data requirements and working with data analysts to ensure accurate data mapping for integrations.
• Nice to have:
• Automotive Industry Experience: Prior knowledge of the automotive sector and integration practices with OEMs.
• Technical Knowledge: Understanding of API integration technologies, including RESTful and SOAP, along with experience working with DMS systems.
• Future Vision: Enthusiasm for emerging technology trends and the ability to think strategically about the future of the product and its integrations.
• Certifications: Credentials in product management or agile methodologies (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner - CSPO).
