Product Manager, AI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hong Kong.

📋 Description

• Develop product roadmaps and user stories, prioritizing features for optimal user experiences and market validation.

• Collaborate with engineering, design, and product managers in rapid sprints to prototype, test, and implement new capabilities.

• Create screencasts and product videos demonstrating new features to highlight functionality and encourage adoption.

• Manage various aspects of product marketing, including messaging, demonstrations, and materials that effectively convey product value.

• Gather user feedback, conduct market research, and analyze metrics to enhance backlogs and increase retention rates.

• Produce onboarding guides, training materials, and playbooks for product usage, operations, and recruitment processes.

• Observe customer interactions, synthesize insights, and align with executive leadership on priorities and dashboards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in a startup or consulting environment focused on product or operations.

• Knowledge of launching products from 0 to 1.

• Demonstrated ability in creating playbooks for onboarding, recruitment, or growth systems.

• Preferred: experience, skills, or interest in UI/UX, artificial intelligence, or software engineering.
