Product Manager, AI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North America.

📋 Description

• Defining and leading the product roadmap, development, and ongoing launch of Bullhorn’s AI-enhanced products and capabilities.

• Identifying staffing and recruiting workflow challenges and translating them into AI-driven product opportunities.

• Creating, publishing, and maintaining a dynamic roadmap for AI products and capabilities.

• Continuously prioritizing initiatives based on customer feedback, market demands, stakeholder insights, product performance, and the swiftly changing AI landscape.

• Collaborating closely with customers to gain insights into how recruiters, sales teams, operations teams, and managers operate, and converting those insights into products that align with real-world staffing workflows.

• Leading cross-departmental launch activities, ensuring that Marketing, Sales, Support, and Professional Services are prepared and coordinated.

• Analyzing product health metrics to inform ongoing roadmap decisions and product investments.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a Product Management position within an enterprise B2B SaaS product company.

• Experience in staffing or recruiting is highly desirable.

• Strong interest in AI-driven workflow transformation, automation, and operational systems, with a practical approach to how AI can enhance work processes.

• Hands-on experience with contemporary AI technologies and workflows, including large language models, prompting techniques, AI-assisted workflows, and human-in-the-loop systems.

• Technical background or proven experience with technically intricate software products.

• Ability to navigate ambiguity and a readiness to establish new frameworks where the product playbook is still being developed.

• Exceptional problem-solving and project management abilities, including the capacity to balance resources and swiftly assess and mitigate risks.

• Outstanding communication skills—verbal, written, and presentation—with the capacity to convey complex AI capabilities and trade-offs in clear and accessible terms for executives, customers, and cross-functional partners.
