Product Manager – AI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hong Kong.

📋 Description

• Develop and execute comprehensive strategies for user growth aimed at enhancing conversion efficiency throughout the entire user journey: acquisition, activation, retention, cross-selling, and reducing churn.

• Propel fission growth initiatives by utilizing viral loops, referral programs, and network effects to boost organic user acquisition and engagement.

• Analyze core user needs and pain points using data and user insights, and create AI-driven growth products that improve user interaction and engagement.

• Create and maintain product roadmaps with well-defined short-term and long-term objectives tailored for both local and global markets, promoting ongoing enhancement in user growth and experience.

• Utilize both quantitative and qualitative data analysis to guide product feature development that increases platform attractiveness, user retention, and conversion rates.

• Work collaboratively with campaign, lifecycle marketing, operations, and engineering teams to implement growth initiatives and refine user funnels.

• Continuously seek out growth opportunities and iterate on product solutions to sustain a competitive edge in the rapidly changing crypto industry.

• Employ agile methodologies to oversee the complete development and rollout of growth-oriented product features and experiments.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in user growth, growth hacking, or product management roles, ideally within the financial or crypto industries.

• Strong proficiency in agile product development, data-driven decision-making, and growth analytics.

• Skilled in assessing growth data and converting insights into implementable product enhancements.

• Demonstrated experience in designing and scaling fission growth strategies such as referral programs and viral loops is highly sought after.

• Outstanding communication and collaboration abilities, with a proven track record of leading cross-functional teams to achieve measurable outcomes.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
