This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Take ownership of the PM roadmap for ad creative capture across TV, Digital, and Print, emphasizing automation and expansion of coverage.
• Manage vendor relationships and clarify requirements with third-party data partners; craft detailed and actionable user stories that facilitate engineering delivery without ambiguity.
• Identify deficiencies in capture coverage and devise strategies to address them, prioritizing enhancements that yield the greatest impact.
• Collaborate closely with operations teams to ensure that workflows align with product upgrades and that manual efforts are consistently minimized.
• Oversee the program guide and scheduling data pipeline, ensuring the accuracy, timeliness, and integration of TV schedules and reference data with downstream enrichment processes.
• Propel the modernization roadmap for scheduling infrastructure, collaborating with engineering to effectively sequence tasks.
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of how scheduling data influences TV ad attribution and classification, ensuring robust linkages.
• Each capture and enrichment domain will have PM-side model ownership, where you will manage the model quality feedback loop for your data streams—analyzing confidence scores, identifying false positives and negatives, and collaborating with ML engineering to enhance model performance over time.
• Contribute to the design of Human-in-the-Loop (HiTL) workflows for junk detection, deduplication, and classification confidence in your domain.
• Cultivate an understanding of AI/ML concepts as they relate to your workflows, including evaluations, basic prompt engineering, and viewing data quality as a feature rather than solely an output.
• Act as a genuine cross-functional partner rather than just a ticket writer, engaging with stakeholders that include ML engineers, data engineers, content operations, and commercial product leads across various time zones.
• Navigate competing priorities across time zones with discernment and judgment—recognizing what to advance, what to postpone, and what to escalate.
• Proactively identify insights and risks; this team operates swiftly, and your stakeholders will depend on you to highlight issues before they escalate into incidents.
• 1–10 years of experience in product management, technical program management, or a closely related field within a data-centric or technology company.
• Proficient in writing clear, detailed, and technically sound requirements, including user stories and specifications that engineering teams can act upon without requiring follow-up meetings.
• Possess an analytical mindset: comfortable working with data to derive answers independently, validate assumptions, and investigate problems.
• Strong written communication skills—collaboration will occur across multiple time zones, making clarity in writing essential.
• Self-motivated and execution-oriented: you identify tasks, prioritize them, and drive them to completion.
• Nice to Have
• Experience in advertising, media measurement, or data intelligence.
• Familiarity with TV data, program guides, or broadcast/streaming workflows.
• Hands-on experience with ML/AI-driven data pipelines—while you don’t need to create models, understanding how to improve them is important.
• Experience collaborating with distributed teams across time zones (e.g., India, Europe).
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Databricks, or similar data/engineering platforms.
• Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance
• 401k with Company Match
