This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North America.
• Take ownership of a key accounts sub-surface from start to finish (KYC / identity verification, account types, sub-accounts / multi-accounts, or IRA cross-work) - lead prioritization, API design, and deployment within your surface area.
• Conduct discovery sessions with partners and potential clients regarding real integration limitations, convert insights into a prioritized backlog for your surface, and decline requests that do not align with the platform without making unrealistic commitments.
• Deliver to production at the pace of a rapidly growing platform - draft clear PRDs, coordinate with engineering on API agreements, and create documentation that partners can utilize.
• Collaborate with compliance and legal teams on product decisions affecting licensing, KYC / AML, identity verification, and account-model design - adept at delivering in tandem with them in a regulated setting.
• Enhance operational efficiency within your surface - manage exception handling, develop partner-facing tools, automate repetitive operations, and take ownership of the metrics.
• Monitor adoption metrics beyond General Availability - assess onboarding funnel health, API adoption rates, time-to-first-funded-account, verification pass rates, and partner-reported challenges - refining documentation, SDK usability, and rollout sequencing until your surface achieves real adoption.
• Provide timely and accurate reports on product status and outcomes to both internal and external stakeholders, including partners.
• Over 5 years of experience in Product Management, Engineering, Consulting, or founding a startup - ideally in brokerage, fintech, payments, or identity/accounts infrastructure.
• Proven expertise in at least one accounts surface - KYC / identity verification, account types, sub-accounts / multi-accounts, or IRA - delivered at production scale.
• Experience in launching B2B / developer-facing products: SDKs, APIs, partner integrations where developers and partners are the main customer base, not merely end users.
• Ability to work concurrently with compliance and legal teams in a regulated environment.
• Proficient in data analysis using SQL and a relevant BI tool.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, finance, or a related field.
• Strong business acumen to evaluate stakeholder interests, technical feasibility, time, and budget trade-offs.
• Competitive Salary & Stock Options
• Health Benefits
• New Hire Home-Office Setup: One-time USD $500
• Monthly Stipend: USD $150 per month via a Brex Card
