This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Take ownership of the product strategy for the Integra Optics portfolio, focusing primarily on data centers, medical sectors, enterprise, government, and telecommunications.
β’ Develop a comprehensive understanding of both current and future customer needs to ensure the product portfolio aligns with customer partnerships for driving success.
β’ Identify market gaps, customer demands, and competitive opportunities while creating business cases backed by market analysis, pricing strategies, and revenue forecasts.
β’ Define and sustain a near-term product roadmap that prioritizes high-impact opportunities within transceivers, fiber-optic cabling, and associated connectivity solutions.
β’ Establish a long-term roadmap that emphasizes innovation, value, and the pursuit of patents.
β’ Propel quick-turn product initiatives in collaboration with suppliers and internal partners to minimize time to market.
β’ Identify, qualify, and cultivate supplier relationships that promote portfolio expansion and supply continuity.
β’ Create product requirements and supporting documentation that effectively convey value, technical specifications, and ROI.
β’ Lead the complete NPI process, encompassing requirements definition, supplier qualification, sample validation, pricing, collateral creation, and launch execution.
β’ Maintain a robust NPI pipeline and monitor progress against launch commitments by employing a disciplined stage-gate approach.
β’ Stay informed on industry trends, customer applications, and emerging technologies through direct market engagement, research, and participation in relevant industry events.
β’ Collaborate with sales teams to aid in opportunity development, provide product training, and enhance market positioning.
β’ Foster and sustain strong working relationships with suppliers, customers, the product team, and internal stakeholders throughout the organization.
β’ A Masterβs degree in electrical engineering or a related technical field is preferred.
β’ Over 15 years of experience in product management, with prior roles in business development, sales, or applications engineering for fiber optic products across various markets and applications.
β’ Established connections with key industry leaders, governing bodies, and industry organizations within the market.
β’ Proven track record in developing and executing product strategies, roadmaps, and successful new product launches.
β’ Ability to craft and present complex business cases to both internal and external stakeholders to achieve alignment.
β’ A history of commercial success in both portfolio growth and the introduction of new products.
β’ Proficiency in translating intricate technical knowledge into easily understandable information to support sales and marketing efforts.
β’ Strong interpersonal abilities, sound business acumen, a customer-centric approach, and a proven history of driving revenue growth.
β’ Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of articulating complex ideas clearly and professionally in English.
β’ Advanced proficiency and practical experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), CRM, and ERP systems.
β’ Experience thriving in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
