This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop, oversee, and implement the strategy, roadmap, go-to-market plan, and cross-functional team initiatives for essential product lines and services in accordance with company objectives.

• Perform market analysis to uncover trends, customer demands, competitive advantages, and establish a clear product vision with prioritized features based on impact and business value.

• Collaborate closely with engineering, product management, and other departments to specify and deliver high-quality product releases punctually, while converting customer and stakeholder requirements into precise product specifications as necessary.

• Partner with engineering and product management to test and pre-launch new products and solutions to early customers, guiding the process from start to finish.

• Create implementation playbooks, clinical success and support documentation, and lead the enablement of new features/services until they are ready for general availability handoff.

• Work together with sales, marketing, and customers to establish product messaging, create support and sales materials, and facilitate sales enablement for new products/services.

• Alongside sales teams, present and advocate for the company, products, and roadmap both remotely and in-person, serving as an evangelist/speaker for the organization at industry events.

• Manage both internal and external communications regarding product and service line updates, milestones, and priorities to stakeholders.

• Define and monitor KPIs for product success, lead internal and external stakeholder meetings, and provide clear metrics to the rest of the leadership team and company.

• Act as a subject-matter expert for the product team and the organization, leveraging industry knowledge and experience while maintaining openness to innovative thinking.

• Stay updated on industry trends, competitive offerings, and emerging technologies, and pinpoint opportunities for market innovation and differentiation.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, computer science, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent experience is advantageous.

• Over 5 years of experience in product management, ideally within technology or healthcare sectors.

• Demonstrated history of managing the complete product lifecycle.

• Strong analytical abilities with the skill to convert data into actionable insights.

• Exceptional project management and organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.

• Excellent communication and presentation abilities to persuade stakeholders at all levels.

• Experience with agile development methodologies.

• Familiarity with AI-driven or SaaS products is highly desirable.

• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences with a high level of professionalism.
