This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Develop and communicate an inspiring product vision alongside a clear, data-driven product strategy.

• Inspire, align, and coordinate teams of Product Managers, Product Designers, Engineers, and other essential disciplines, promoting autonomy and high performance.

• Identify the key challenges to be addressed and the business objectives to be reached.

• Establish systems to gather and analyze data, customer interactions, market trends, and emerging technologies, transforming insights into strategic actions.

• Delegate strategic challenges across the Value Stream teams, encouraging autonomy so they can propose optimal solutions.

• Advocate for the business and product vision, strategy, and operational methods throughout the organization.

• Develop and enhance product strategy processes, ensuring Clicksign remains at the forefront of the market.

• Navigate complex decision-making regarding product focus and delivery prioritization informed by data and insights.

• Serve as a mentor and coach for team members collaborating with you.


⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience leading multidisciplinary product and technology teams (Product Management, Product Marketing, Product Design, and Engineering).

• In-depth understanding of digital product development and agile methodologies.

• Strong strategic vision with the capability to convert it into actionable plans.

• Outstanding communication and influencing skills, capable of inspiring and engaging a diverse range of stakeholders.

• Robust analytical abilities and a data-driven approach to decision-making.

• Experience in defining and executing high-impact product strategies.

• A passion for resolving complex challenges and delivering user value.

• Excellent coaching and personnel development capabilities.

• Proactive, self-sufficient, and able to thrive in a dynamic, collaborative setting.
