Product Lead – Experience

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Norway.

📋 Description

• Establish the vision and roadmap for the customer platform.

• Take ownership of onboarding as a product and clearly define what "activated" means at both levels.

• Prioritize automation and in-platform guidance to minimize costs as the customer base expands.

• Drive the discovery and delivery of insights that enable customers to assess performance, identify churn risks, and make data-informed decisions.

• Manage positioning, messaging, and commercial enablement.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive B2B product experience in platform, developer tooling, or B2B SaaS, ideally within a B2B2C framework where the direct customer differs from the end-user.

• Link product metrics to commercial results and launch initiatives across Sales, Support, and Customer Success in a manner that other teams can emulate.

• Possess a strong understanding of APIs, SDKs, and data flows, and communicate effectively with engineers. Test what you deliver.

• Integrate AI into daily product tasks and maintain a well-formed, justifiable perspective on its appropriate applications within a product.

• Ensure your specifications and frameworks serve as reference points for other Product Managers, and communicate directly where standards may fall short.

• Bonus: experience in energy tech, IoT, or climate sectors; experience in launching LLM-powered product features; experience where documentation and onboarding were pivotal to growth.
